MRI Technologist - FT- Eves - Imaging - MRI @ MV

Responsibilities

• Perform routine MRI exams, ensuring accurate positioning and protocol compliance.
• Provide patient care consistent with MRI safety and comfort standards.
• Screen patients and staff for MRI safety in accordance with departmental policy.
• Enforce Zone safety compliance.
• Develop proficiency with MRI workflow, scanner operation, and contrast administration.
• Demonstrate and maintain competency in all assigned equipment and procedures at this level.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a licensed Radiologic Technologist or 0+ years with ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT license.
• Completion of an accredited radiologic technology or MRI program.
• Complete required CEUs to maintain certification and licensure.
• Licenses/Certification Requirements: ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT certification required upon hire. Technologists cross training into MR must obtain ARRT (MR) within 12 months of position acceptance. Venipuncture certification required. BLS.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

• Medium Work - Requires standing the majority of the shift with the ability to lift up to 35 lbs. frequently.
• Work involves sitting, kneeling, climbing and squatting.

Schedule

• FTE 1 Scheduled Bi-Weekly Hours 80
• Work Shift Evening: 8 hours

Pay

• The salary range for this position is $75.56 - $95.92 USD Hour.
