Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher
- Radiology (1+ years)
- 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
- Meditech ITS – Imaging
- Meditech MRI – Medical Records
- Valid American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification/license in the state of New York (NY)
- ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
- American Red Cross Basic Life Support (ARC BLS)
Key Responsibilities
- Perform various Radiology Services procedures at a technical level without constant supervision
- Conduct a variety of imaging and documentation procedures including Radiology procedures
- Apply prescribed ionizing radiation and/or MRI for radiologic diagnosis
- Ensure patient safety protocols are followed
- Serve as first line interface with customers to meet their imaging needs
- Assist in the department of Radiology and support its functions
- Prioritize patient care and deliver high quality imaging services
Schedule and Shift Details
- Evening shift
- 36 hours per week
- Weekends required
