MRI Technician - Mid-Shift

Role Overview

Performs MRI procedures independently, assessing patient needs based on age and condition, and assisting radiologists as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct MRI scans, ensuring proper technique and patient comfort
• Analyze patient physical condition to tailor procedures
• Assist radiologists with certain radiographic tasks
• Properly mark and label images
• Explain procedures to patients and support their transfer to/from examination tables
• Ensure all supplies are stocked and the room is prepared

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an approved School of Radiologic Technology
• ARRT certification with CEU compliance; ARMRIT accepted with ARRT
• American Heart Association BLS certification
• Preferred: 1 year of experience

Schedule

Full-time availability, including midshift hours.
