The role involves performing Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) procedures, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of equipment and technology, and assisting patients and physicians as needed. Responsibilities Include Executing MRI scans and ensuring optimal image qualityTraining technical staff on protocols and post-processing techniquesStaying informed about new scanning techniques and advancementsProviding physical and psychological support to patients Qualifications And Skills High School Diploma or GED, with vocational training; or an Associate's degree in Radiologic TechnologyARRT certification with a radiographer license or ARMRIT MRI certification within 12 monthsBLS certification1-2 years of experience in computerized imaging or completion of MRI certification programKnowledge of computer software, troubleshooting abilities, and patient support skills
