Role Overview
Performs Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), ensuring proficiency with all equipment and staying updated on new scanning techniques and technology.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or GED required
- Vocational training and graduation from radiologic technology school required
- Associate's degree in radiologic technology preferred
- ARRT certification with Florida Radiographer License required
- ARMRIT MRI certification within 12 months of hire required
- BLS certification required
- Computer software proficiency
- Troubleshooting skills
- Ability to provide physical or psychological support to patients
Experience
- One to two years in computerized imaging OR completion of a post-secondary MRI certification program required
- Less than one year of cardiac imaging experience preferred
