MRI Tech - Per Diem
About the role
Performs MRI examinations on patients utilizing specialized x-ray and computer systems.
Delivers quality care commensurate with the age of the patient population for the designated area.
Responsibilities
- Utilizes specialized x-ray and computer systems to perform MRI examinations on patients.
- Ensures adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards.
- Communicates effectively with patients and healthcare team members.
- Advises patients on preparation for MRI examinations.
- Documents patient information accurately and securely.
Requirements
- HS/equivalent graduate required.
- Successful graduate from an AMA approved Radiology program.
- Registered by ARRT, MRI certification.
- BLS required.
- Previous MRI experience required.
Qualifications
- Must be able to work rotating shifts.
- Must have flexible availability to accommodate departmental needs.

- Proficiency with MRI equipment and systems.
