About the role
The MRI Technologist will perform standard clinical and advanced research magnetic resonance imaging. These responsibilities include patient assistance and positioning in the scanner, and collection of imaging data according to standard protocols both with and without MR contrast agents.
Responsibilities

- Perform patient assistance and positioning in the scanner
- Collect imaging data according to standard protocols both with and without MR contrast agents
Requirements
- Vocational/Technical Degree in Radiologic Technology or equivalent (degree must be conferred on or before agreed upon start date)
- Experience with operation of MR scanner and peripheral instrumentation (e.g., contrast injector, GFR measurement, etc.)
- At least 5 years’ experience as an MRI Technologist performing clinical diagnostic imaging
- Certified and Registered in Magnetic Resonance Imaging from either ARRT or ARMIT
Qualifications
- More than 7 years’ experience as an MRI Technologist performing clinical diagnostic imaging
- Excellent initiative, independence and problem-solving skills
Skills
- Demonstrated written and verbal communications skills in English
- Experience with pediatric imaging
- Experience with a Siemens platform is preferable
