MRI Student in Training – Bethesda North Hospital
Responsibilities
- Complies with infection prevention procedures, utilizing safety and reliability practices and standards, and upholds all other compliance protocols and practices.
- Demonstrates flexibility and/or initiative in seeking or accepting additional assignments.
- Sets up and assists with patient care, scheduling patient appointments, performing patient observation, patient transport, and assisting patients with personal needs.
- Recognizes status changes, calls for appropriate assistance, and notifies manager as appropriate.
- Participates in ensuring reliable performance and assessment of equipment, performing required daily and monthly quality control procedures prior to use.
- Recognizes the need for corrective action and notifies the Supervisor.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an approved program for specific field of study in Allied Health.
- Currently enrolled in an approved program for specific field of study.
- Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS) CPR.
- Radiation Safety.
- Up to 1 year experience.
