MR Fusion Specialist/MRI Technologist/Ultrasound Technologist

About the Role

United Medical Systems, a national leader in mobile medical services, is seeking medical imaging professionals with MRI, Ultrasound, or Radiologic Technology/Interventional experience for a Full-Time MR Fusion Biopsy Specialist position. Our specialists travel to various hospitals in their assigned region to provide the MR Fusion device and support Urologists in MR Fusion Prostate Biopsy procedures—a revolutionary approach for earlier and more accurate prostate cancer detection. This role involves independent work, overseeing logistical and clinical needs for assigned routes.

Extensive training will be provided for operating the fusion device and ultrasound. Some overnight travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with Urology offices to confirm upcoming schedules.
• Obtain MRI Mappings from Radiology teams (remotely via the Cloud).
• Travel to facilities to deliver equipment prior to procedures.
• Provide technical and clinical support to Urologists during procedures, including fusing MRI Mapping to live Ultrasound capture and navigating in a 3D environment with the Fusion device.
• Oversee logistical and clinical preparation for assigned routes.

Requirements

• 2-year degree in Radiologic Technology, MRI, CT, or Ultrasound.
• Experience in MRI, Ultrasound, or Radiologic Technology/Interventional roles.
• Willingness to travel to various hospitals in the assigned region (some overnight travel may be required).
• Ability to work independently and manage logistical/clinical needs.
