About the role

Sustainably, Siemens Healthineers Education and Workforce Solutions organization provides onsite technical training for Siemens MRI platform at customer medical facilities. The role involves facilitating expert technical training, ensuring customer excellence, and representing Siemens Healthineers with professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver onsite and virtual education to customers relating to Siemens imaging systems, software features, functionalities, and workflows.
  • Facilitate the design and development of onsite and virtual education for Siemens systems, software, features, functionalities, and workflows, for both internal and external Siemens partners.
  • Evaluate education needs of customers and create and develop training plans, including materials, tutorials, instructions, and learning resources for onsite and virtual education modules.
  • Develop and communicate virtual education for customers and employees, working with the virtual delivery team and Education Development Specialist.
  • Participate in meetings, seminars, and training sessions to gather information for future training programs.
  • Develop customer and employee virtual training programs, maintaining a database of all training materials.
  • Consult with trainers, managers, and leadership to align training sessions with business needs.

Requirements

  • Detailed knowledge of the latest Siemens imaging systems and applications.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and instructional software.
  • Strong organizational skills, including establishing and meeting timelines and schedules.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Ability to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions.
  • Education / Knowledge / Experience: BS/BA in related discipline, or advanced degree preferred; or graduate from a certified Radiologic Technology program. Registered and/or licensed in MR clinical modality required; typically 4+ years of successful experience in related field and successful demonstration of Key Responsibilities and Knowledge as presented above.
  • Experience with MR cardiac and/or advanced neuro systems - preferred.
  • Teaching experience - preferred.

Qualifications

  • Experienced educator who is up to date on the latest tools and resources needed to improve customer and employee training and performance.
  • Travel 90-95% of the time, typically within the Northeast, Southeast, West, Midwest, or Central zones.

Skills

Expertise in Siemens MRI platforms, strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to develop and deliver effective training programs.

Pay

The Base Pay Range For This Position Is $89,220 - $122,672. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Schedule

Typically, 90-95% travel is required.
