MQ-9 Flight Simulator Field Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Provide software and systems support for the MALET JSIL Aircrew Trainer (MJAT)
• Integrate GOTS/COTS/EOM software and hardware components
• Understand wired networking and apply life cycle system sustainment
• Deploy, maintain, and upgrade systems across the enterprise
• Provide on-site technical support, operational training of the system, and assist in developing training scenarios
• Act as a representative of the JSIL toward the customer

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree and five (5) years’ experience; additional four (4) years’ experience can be considered in lieu of degree
• Clearance: Must possess an active Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI; US Citizenship required
• Skills: Intermediate knowledge or understanding of Cisco Switches and Firewalls, intermediate experience troubleshooting IT systems and hardware, demonstrated experience with Windows, Redhat, and VMWare, familiarity with MQ-9, MJAT, UAVs/Simulators, and UAV ground control stations (GCS)
