MPC IL Production Worker

About the role

This position supports the facility by completing a variety of duties and tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate commitment to safety, maintaining a clean work environment, and adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Perform functions such as sanitation work, computer work, or working on a production line.
• Ensure quality and adhere to customer specifications and GMP guidelines, using proper personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Work as part of a team, treating team members courteously and respectfully.
• Be prepared, in position, and ready to work at the start of each shift.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and superior performance in all job functions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management or supervisor.

Requirements

• Desired education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safely.
• Excellent attendance is essential for success.
• Positive attitude and a strong teamwork mentality.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Ability to work in a production-based environment with moving equipment and people.
• Effective communication skills with a wide range of individuals and roles.

Qualifications

• Physical requirements: Primarily works in a production and/or warehouse setting, walking, standing, bending for duration of shift, frequent lifting up to 25 lbs.

Pay

The hourly wage for this position is $16.50/hr.
