Mowing, Aeration, and Fertilization Specialist

About the role

Naturescape of Menomonee Falls, WI is seeking to hire a Mowing, Aeration, and Fertilization Specialist to provide outstanding services for residential and commercial properties. The role involves being the face of the company in the field, managing routes, and transforming landscapes.

Responsibilities

• Perform precision mowing, aeration, and fertilization tasks
• Assess lawn health and landscape needs
• Communicate with customers to explain services and address concerns
• Manage workload and adapt to changing weather and customer needs
• Pivot to snow removal in winter

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Able to lift 50 lbs
• No state pesticide certifications or licenses required
• Motivated with a desire to learn

Qualifications

• No previous lawn care or landscape experience required
• Paid training provided

Pay

Starting Wage: $18/hr
Expected Average: $18/hr - $25/hr
Top Earners: Make an extra $15,000+ per year in performance bonuses alone!

Schedule

Typically work 10-hour days, 4 days per week (with variations due to weather and customer needs)
