Moving north: Ferrero brings Nutella Cafe to Chicago

About the role

Nutella Cafe, owned by Ferrero, has reopened in Chicago after operating in New York in 2018. The cafe has undergone a complete interior redesign and an expanded menu.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Nutella Cafe located at 189 North Michigan Avenue
• Oversee the expansion of the menu to include Nutella tiramisu cups, mocha frappes, milkshakes, ice cream cones, and a new peanut spread add-on option.
• Implement digital-driven features such as a digital order-ahead feature for pickup orders and a digital waitlist system for table seating.
• Manage retail merchandise such as customized product jars, tumblers, keychains, and mini totes.

Requirements

The position requires a passion for the Nutella brand and a strong understanding of customer service. Previous experience in café management or a similar role is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business administration, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in café management or a similar role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually
