Responsibilities

  • Meets or exceeds assigned sales goals.
  • Captures and guides prospects through the stages of readiness.
  • Provides interior design consultation.
  • Ensures new residents have a positive experience from contract signing to move-in.
  • Supports resident during the design phase and sale of upgrades.
  • Coordinates a smooth transition of residents into the community.
  • Promotes the re-sale of unoccupied and occupied units.
  • Supports the sales goals of the community, including tours and general inquiries.
  • Assists the Sales Director with the daily operation of the sales department.
  • Participates in Environmental Services to effectively orchestrate plans for vacant units.
  • Networks with community groups and organizations.
  • Attends and participates in meetings and sales training.
  • Interacts cooperatively with residents, families, visitors, and other staff.
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date records.

Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree and interior design or decorating-related experience preferred.
  • Prior experience using CAD software preferred.
  • Construction Project Management experience preferred.
  • Interior Design experience preferred.
  • Proficient with computerized systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Customer service focused, detail oriented, exceptionally organized, flexible.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Reliable, exemplary follow up skills, excellent listening and communications skills.
  • Exhibit a high level of overall professionalism.
  • Some local travel is required.
