About the role

Provide excellent guest service to buffet dining patrons to include greeting, seating, processing payment transactions, and providing assistance to servers in venue.

Responsibilities

• Greet, seat guests, answer telephones, provide information when requested.
• Absorb and deliver tableware, menus, beverages, as needed.
• Process To-Go orders accurately and timely.
• Process payment transactions accurately.
• Perform server, cashier, busser duties, as needed.
• Perform other tasks, as directed.

• Work Experience: N/A
• Minimum 3 months’ experience as a food server, preferred.
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Be able to communicate effectively (fluency in English is required), multi-task, organize, and deliver exceptional service to Guests.
• Professional Licenses & Certifications Requirements:
• Required to have or obtain food handlers and alcohol service certifications.
• Mandatory age and eligibility: Must be 18+ years old and be available for all shifts, including weekends and holidays. Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and pass a drug test and background check for an AZ Gaming License.
• Policies and procedures: Must adhere to all Cliff Castle Casino Hotel policies and procedures.
• Service commitment: Must be committed to providing exceptional guest service through a welcoming, friendly, and professional environment. Aim to exceed guest expectations with attentive, personalized service and prompt responses and resolution.
