Mountain Safety Attendant

About the role

The mountain safety attendant works as our on-hill representation of safety and guest service. Promote safety within our amazing sport by providing quality feedback and communication to our guests. Enjoy the outdoors and be the friendly face of the resort on the mountain.

Responsibilities

• Enforce the Skier Responsibility Code and Resort policies with guests and employees
• Provide strong guest service to internal and external guests
• Maintain mountain safety materials
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be able to communicate fluently in English
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Able to work extended hours outdoors in an alpine environment
• Ability to ski or ride Hunter Mountain black diamond terrain
• Minimum age: at least 18 years of age

Pay

Starting wage: $20.00/hr - $23.00/hr. The expected pay range is $20.00/hr - $23.00/hr. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.

Schedule

Winter Seasonal 2026/2027, Part Time hours available.
