Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to ensure guests have memorable experiences.

• Adhere to grooming and uniform requirements to represent the resort professionally.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English is essential.
• Previous experience in a hospitality or related field is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for winter sports and/or hospitality.
