About the role
As a Team Member at Boyne Resorts, you'll be part of an exciting and dynamic team that operates some of the most iconic ski resorts in North America. Our resorts offer a wide range of experiences from family-friendly slopes to challenging backcountry adventures.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests.
- Assist with lift operations and ticketing.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in all areas.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as carrying equipment and standing for extended periods.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hospitality or service-oriented role is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
