About the role
As a Team Member at Boyne Resorts, you will be part of an energetic and diverse team that operates some of the most iconic ski resorts in North America. Your primary responsibility is to ensure guests have an exceptional experience, from check-in to lift ticket sales and beyond.Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Operate various resort equipment such as snowmaking machines and grooming equipment.
- Assist with guest services including lift ticket sales and information.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in a hospitality or retail setting is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.
- Passion for winter sports and the outdoors.
- Customer service orientation.
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR.
