Moulder Operator - Weinig Powermat (Middletown, NY) - $22-25/hr

About the role

Alpine Millwork is a specialty moulding shop in Middletown, NY. We make over 10,000 stock profiles plus custom mouldings for contractors and distributors. We are hiring two experienced moulder operators for our production floor.

Responsibilities

• Run Weinig Powermat 500 moulders to produce stock and custom profiles.
• Set up and change knives and heads, read profile drawings, and check dimensions.
• Maintain consistent quality and catch defects before shipping.
• Handle basic machine upkeep and keep a clean, safe work area.

Requirements

• Experience running moulders in a millwork or wood products shop (Weinig experience a big plus).
• Setup experience preferred; knife grinding a plus.
• Ability to read tape and calipers and follow drawings.
• Reliability, punctuality, and safety‑mindset.
• Forklift experience a plus.

Pay

$22–25 per hour, based on experience.

Schedule

Full‑time, Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm.
