Motion Designer | Vídeo e IA Generativa
About the role
At Wigo, we transform ideas, content, and messages into visual experiences that help our clients present themselves better and impress their audiences. We are looking for a Motion Designer with a creative eye, technical mastery, and a passion for audiovisual work, as well as an interest in how artificial intelligence can complement and enrich this field. This person will participate in the entire video creation process, from interpreting briefings and building visual concepts to generating assets, animation, editing, and final delivery.
AI is part of our creative and production process. We primarily use the Magnific platform and its ecosystem of models to generate images, scenes, movements, and variations. These materials are combined with traditional motion design techniques, editing, composition, and post-production.
We seek someone who can turn ideas into compelling narratives, with a strong visual repertoire, a sense of rhythm, experimentation skills, and the ability to select, refine, and finalize the best results.
Responsibilities
- Interpret briefings, scripts, and references, transforming them into visual and narrative proposals;
- Create concepts and storyboards;
- Develop and edit videos using Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro;
- Design animations, lettering, transitions, compositions, and motion design pieces;
- Create images, scenes, and audiovisual sequences using generative AI tools and models;
- Build prompts and visual references for generating images and videos;
- Iterate, test, and refine variations to achieve the expected visual result;
- Maintain consistency in characters, environments, styles, movements, and framing;
- Integrate AI-generated materials with animation, editing, composition, and post-production;
- Correct artifacts, enhance images, increase resolution, and prepare assets for animation;
- Work on rhythm, soundtracks, sound effects, and synchronization between image and audio;
- Adapt videos for different formats, channels, proportions, and resolutions;
- Organize files, versions, assets, and projects clearly and consistently;
- Participate in internal reviews and make adjustments based on team and client feedback;
- Research new tools, models, and creative possibilities related to AI-driven audiovisual production;
- Collaborate with designers, writers, account managers, and other professionals involved in projects.
Requirements
- Professional experience in motion design, video editing, and post-production;
- Portfolio demonstrating visual quality, animation skills, and narrative-building ability;
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro, plus key Adobe Creative Suite tools (Photoshop and Illustrator);
- Experience with generative AI tools for creating images and videos;
- Knowledge of text-to-image generation, reference-based generation, and image-to-video transformation;
- Ability to create, test, and refine prompts based on a visual direction;
- Understanding of composition, typography, framing, rhythm, transitions, and audiovisual language;
- Basic knowledge of image treatment, color correction, and finalization;
- Familiarity with formats, codecs, aspect ratios, resolutions, and export settings;
- Organizational skills to manage multiple projects, versions, and deadlines;
- Autonomy, attention to detail, and strong communication skills;
- Ability to receive feedback and refine work throughout the creative process;
- Availability during business hours;
- Curiosity and willingness to keep up with the rapid evolution of AI tools.

- Advanced knowledge of composition, tracking, rotoscoping, chroma key, and AI-generated material treatment;
- Familiarity with correction tools, interpolation, lip-sync, upscaling, and image enhancement;
