About the role

Join a dynamic team dedicated to creating impactful, customer-facing content and product education for industry-leading productivity tools, including Microsoft 365 and Copilot. As a Motion Designer, you will translate complex product narratives and visual assets into engaging video and motion sequences that educate, inspire, and drive customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Design, edit, and animate high-quality motion graphics and video content for social, marketing, and product education channels.
• Edit raw screen captures, demos, animations, and visual assets into polished, brand-aligned videos with clean transitions, audio sync, and typography.
• Utilize Figma to access UI designs and product assets, ensuring video captures accurately reflect actual product experiences.
• Maintain rigorous production discipline, managing file organization, version control, naming conventions, and project milestones to ensure on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across design and product teams to translate creative feedback into polished visual deliverables.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's degree in Motion Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Film/Video Production, or a related field.
• Required: 2-4 years of professional motion design, video editing, or digital production experience.
• Required: Advanced expertise in Adobe After Effects and/or
