About the role
At Henrico Doctors’ Hospital, our Mother Baby Unit is a brand new state-of-the-art facility consisting of 35 private rooms designed for family-centered recovery. In addition to participating in educational activities to maintain competence and gain new knowledge, you will develop these skills daily by providing quality care to each patient based on individual needs. We are an amazing, hardworking team looking for a phenomenal addition like you!
- Communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external customers.
- Document required information according to hospital policy.
- Present yourself in a professional manner as part of our nursing staff.
- Assess and foster patient-infant bonding as a key responsibility.
- Function in an organized and time-conscious manner.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred).
- Current Registered Nurse license in Virginia or a compact license.
- At least two years of Mother Baby / postpartum experience is required.
- Current BLS certification.

Pay
Hourly wage estimate: $32.14 - $48.20 per hour. The estimate displayed represents the typical wage range of candidates hired.
