About the role

As a full-time Pest Control Technician specializing in mosquito control, you will provide uncompromised service to residential or commercial customers by treating targeted areas using granules, backpack sprayers, blowers, or motorized spray rigs. This is a production-based position with industry-leading earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough exterior inspections and evaluations of customer properties.
• Identify insects, pest activity, harborage areas, and conducive conditions.
• Determine the best course of service and devise personalized solutions.
• Maintain a calm, helpful demeanor to put customers at ease while describing solutions.
• Collect service payments and answer customer questions patiently.
• Keep equipment and company vehicle in proper operating condition.
• Build lifelong client relationships while demonstrating professionalism and excellence.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing/certification exams.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
• No prior experience necessary—training provided for the right candidate.
