Title: Mortgage Servicing Business Support Analyst Location: 800 S Jordan Creek Pkwy West Des Moines, IA Duration: 12 months Work Engagement: W-2 Work Schedule: hybrid Benefits on offer for this contract position: Health Insurance, Life insurance, 401K and Voluntary Benefits Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Mortgage Servicing Business Support Analyst to support mortgage servicing operations, data analysis, and business initiatives within a fast-paced Home Lending environment. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional with strong Excel skills, mortgage servicing experience, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while partnering across teams to achieve business objectives. Responsibilities: Support mortgage servicing operations, sales, acquisitions, and related business initiatives.Analyze, structure, format, map, translate, and convert data to support operational and strategic objectives.Utilize advanced Excel functions, including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and data analysis tools, to create reports and identify trends.Maintain and work within MSP (Mortgage Servicing Platform) to support servicing activities and data management.Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors to facilitate project execution and process improvements.Monitor project timelines, track progress, and ensure successful completion of assigned initiatives.Research and resolve operational issues through strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Prepare and communicate findings, updates, and recommendations to business partners and leadership.Support process improvement efforts focused on efficiency, accuracy, and business performance. Qualifications: Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.4+ years of administrative, business support, mortgage servicing, or related experience.Experience within Mortgage Servicing operations.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.Working knowledge of MSP (Mortgage Servicing Platform).Strong computer proficiency, including Excel, Outlook, OneNote, and Skype.Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Effective verbal and written communication skills.Ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment.Mortgage servicing sales and/or acquisitions experience within Home Lending. (highly preferred)Experience with data structure, data mapping, formatting, translation, and conversion.Project management experience, including planning, organizing, coordinating, and driving initiatives to completion.Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners.Experience collaborating across multiple teams and vendor organizations.Demonstrated success supporting business goals, operational improvements, and strategic initiatives.Strong sense of urgency, accountability, adaptability, and passion for results.
