Mortgage Regional Production Manager

About the role

The Mortgage Regional Production Manager oversees regional production and strategic goals, resolves escalated issues, assists in sales activity planning, and manages loan production and financing.

Responsibilities

• Manages regional production and strategic goals
• Solves escalated issues regarding loan files from Production Managers and Mortgage Loan Originators
• Aids Production Managers in developing and coordinating sales activity plans
• Oversees loan production and financing for Mortgage Loan Originators
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of mortgage lending regulations and investor requirements
• Makes reports and monitors them
• Manages performance and recommends incentive plans
• Approves exceptions regarding loan files and client satisfaction

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Eight (8) years of mortgage lending, real estate sales, retail sales, or related experience
• Four (4) years of management experience

Pay and Benefits

Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job. The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position. Minimum Job Range Target: $44,646.25 USD Median $168,540.00 USD Incentive Pay Plans This role is eligible to participate in a formulaic incentive plan. Employees have the potential to earn incentives based on performance against defined metrics and goals.
