About the role
The Mortgage Regional Production Manager oversees regional production and strategic goals, resolves escalated issues, assists in sales activity planning, and monitors reports.
Responsibilities
- Manages regional production and strategic goals
- Solves escalated issues regarding loan files from Production Managers and Mortgage Loan Originators
- Aids Production Managers in developing and coordinating sales activity plans
- Oversees loan production and financing for Mortgage Loan Originators
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of mortgage lending regulations and investor requirements
- Makes reports and provides oversight
- Manages performance and recommends incentive plans
- Approves exceptions regarding loan files and client satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Eight (8) years of mortgage lending, real estate sales, retail sales, or related experience
- Four (4) years of management experience
