About the role
The Mortgage Regional Production Manager oversees regional production and strategic goals, resolves escalated issues, assists in sales activity planning, and monitors reports. This position is exempt from overtime and is incentive eligible. It requires registration with NMLS.
Responsibilities
- Manages regional production and strategic goals
- Solves escalated issues regarding loan files from Production Managers and Mortgage Loan Originators
- Aids Production Managers in developing and coordinating sales activity plans
- Oversees loan production and financing for Mortgage Loan Originators
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of mortgage lending regulations and investor requirements
- Makes performance recommendations and approves loan file exceptions and client satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Eight (8) years of mortgage lending, real estate sales, retail sales, or related experience
- Four (4) years of management experience
