Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service levels during the processing of mortgage loans.
- Survey results to be at company’s standards at 95.00%.
- Process a case load of 40-45 loans of all loan types with minimal assistance.
- Process employee and VIP loans.
- Lead within the team, serve as a subject matter expert, cover pipelines during absences, and mentor for newer processors.
- Drive member growth & engagement by cross-selling the credit union’s full suite of financial products.
- Communicate honestly and openly with the credit union and clients.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Work flexible hours during heavy workload periods.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of mortgage lending processes and practices.
- Strong attention to detail.
- High level of customer service skills.
- Able to handle multiple tasks.
- Able to communicate effectively in writing and orally.
- Able to resolve interpersonal conflict and miscommunications.
- Knowledge of spreadsheet software and ability to use word processing software.
- Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
