Mortgage Processor IV

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service levels during the processing of mortgage loans.
• Survey results to be at company’s standards at 95.00%.
• Process a case load of 40-45 loans of all loan types with minimal assistance.
• Process employee and VIP loans.
• Lead within the team, serve as a subject matter expert, cover pipelines during absences, and mentor for newer processors.
• Drive member growth & engagement by cross-selling the credit union’s full suite of financial products.
• Communicate honestly and openly with the credit union and clients.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Work flexible hours during heavy workload periods.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of mortgage lending processes and practices.
• Strong attention to detail.
• High level of customer service skills.
• Able to handle multiple tasks.
• Able to communicate effectively in writing and orally.
• Able to resolve interpersonal conflict and miscommunications.
• Knowledge of spreadsheet software and ability to use word processing software.
• Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
