About the role

We are seeking a Mortgage Loan Processor with experience in the lender model, a strong sense of urgency to close loans quickly, and a passion for helping others. As part of our top-producing team, you'll handle all aspects of the "contract to close" phase of the loan process.

Your strong eye for detail and exceptional customer service skills will be crucial, as you will diligently gather information, field questions, and handle last-minute changes to ensure mortgage applications cross the finish line.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the "contract to close" phase of the loan process.
• Gather and verify loan documentation and information.
• Field questions from borrowers, real estate agents, and other stakeholders.
• Handle last-minute changes to loan applications efficiently.
• Prioritize and multitask to meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and timely loan closings.

Requirements

• Experience as a Mortgage Loan Processor in the lender model.
• Strong ability to prioritize and multitask without micromanagement.

Pay

$60,000 yearly base (DOE) plus bonus and incentives.
