About the role
The Mortgage Operations Specialist is responsible for all mortgage operations including quality, compliance, post-closing, servicing, shipping and reporting. Works with other mortgage staff and vendors to support the goals and objectives of the Mortgage Department.
Responsibilities
- Quality control and compliance monitoring

- Mortgage shipping and reporting
- Collaboration with other mortgage staff and vendors
Requirements
- Eligibility and ability to obtain an NMLS#
- Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements for all lending operations
- Ability to update knowledge of compliance requirements as necessary
