Responsibilities

• Order an appraisal adhering to specific procedures, considering the loan and property type, and include essential documents (e.g., Agreement of Sale); update system fields accordingly.
• Order a flood certificate and adjust the system fields based on the received response.
• Request title work from the chosen Settlement Agent, following established procedures and the client's selection (verbal or written), along with the Agreement of Sale; update system fields with necessary information.
• Carefully examine loan files received from originators to verify for accuracy, then dispatch the initial documentation to the borrowers.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (required).
• Any equivalent combination of experience and education.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. Onsite expectation is 40% (approximately 2 days per week).
