Responsibilities

• Review loan applications and evaluate creditworthiness
• Verify documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Make underwriting decisions based on financial data and market conditions
• Communicate with clients regarding loan status and progress
• Prepare reports and submit loan documents to appropriate parties

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in mortgage lending or banking
• Knowledge of federal housing laws and regulations
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
