Responsibilities
- Review closed conventional and government loan files to ensure compliance with investor and agency guidelines
- Identify and report deficiencies in files; work with branch and closing teams to resolve issues
- Track loans submitted for purchase to ensure timely funding
- Pack and deliver final documents to investors within required timelines
- Monitor and reconcile outstanding final documentation and investor reporting
- Provide additional support to the department as needed
Qualifications
- Familiarity with real estate loan documentation, compliance standards, and procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- A collaborative, customer-focused mindset
