Job Description

The Business Unit Operations Specialist at Regions performs a variety of operational tasks within the line of business. This includes receiving and reviewing incoming work, contacting appropriate resources as needed, resolving customer or associate inquiries, preparing, editing, distributing, and correcting documents, researching and resolving payment-related issues such as missing payments, disputed accounts, and history requests, and managing time and overtime hours.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Two (2) years of operations or related experience

  • Ability to learn additional systems as needed
  • Ability to work in a team environment when applicable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
  • Strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skills
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivation

Work Schedule

This position works onsite Monday through Friday, with training hours from 7:30a-4:30p and after training hours from 7am-6pm (shifts based on business needs).

Training

Training hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30a-4:30p, with 100% attendance expected.

Proximity to Hattiesburg, MS is required for this position.
