Key Responsibilities
- Originate residential mortgage loans and guide borrowers through the loan process
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with realtors, builders, and referral partners
- Identify borrower needs and recommend appropriate mortgage products
- Manage a loan pipeline to ensure timely applications, approvals, and closings
- Represent BANK at community and industry events
Qualifications
- Experience in residential mortgage origination preferred
- Strong sales, relationship-building, and communication skills
- Knowledge of mortgage products and lending guidelines
