About the role
Maintain relationships with clients and assist in closing mortgage loans.
Responsibilities
- Meet with clients to discuss loan options and requirements.
- Prepare and present loan applications to clients.
- Review and verify client documentation.
- Manage loan processing and underwriting.
- Communicate with clients throughout the loan process.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in mortgage lending.
- Knowledge of federal housing laws and regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
