Mortgage Loan Servicer II
About the role

As a Loan Servicer II, you will serve as a key frontline contact supporting the servicing of mortgage, business, and consumer loans. This role leverages advanced servicing knowledge to ensure loans are accurately maintained, compliant with regulations, and delivered with exceptional member service. You will play a critical role in post-funding loan operations, reporting, and portfolio support, while acting as a resource to team members and helping drive operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a key frontline contact supporting the servicing of mortgage, business, and consumer loans.
- Leverage advanced servicing knowledge to ensure loans are accurately maintained, compliant with regulations, and delivered with exceptional member service.
- Play a critical role in post-funding loan operations, reporting, and portfolio support.
- Act as a resource to team members and help drive operational efficiency.
Requirements
- A High School Diploma or GED
- 1–3 years of financial services experience
- Minimum of 2 years in the mortgage industry preferred
- Previous experience as a mortgage servicer or processor preferred
- Experience with secondary market or external investors preferred
- Basic understanding of accounting principles preferred

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
