About the role
This is an in-office position, not remote.
Responsibilities
- Navigate the mortgage lending process for applicants
- Aid in the preparation and submission of loan applications
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of loan documentation
- Communicate with clients and loan officers to resolve issues and answer questions
- Manage loan files and maintain accurate records
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (due to travel requirements)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of mortgage lending processes and regulations
- Experience with loan processing software
