The Mortgage Loan Processor supports this mission by ensuring accurate, efficient, and compliant processing of residential loan files from application through closing, while delivering clear communication and a smooth member experience.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify mortgage applications, documentation, and eligibility requirements
• Prepare and organize loan files for underwriting and closing
• Communicate with members to collect information and provide status updates
• Cook up with internal teams and third parties to move loans forward efficiently
• Monitor pipeline, ensure compliance, and support process improvements

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of mortgage processing workflows, documentation, and regulatory requirements
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple files and deadlines
• High attention to detail with strong data verification and quality control skills
• Effective written and verbal communication with a professional, member-focused approach
• Ability to collaborate across teams while managing independent workloads
