Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue loan opportunities within the assigned market area.
• Conduct thorough credit analysis and risk assessment for potential borrowers.
• Prepare loan applications and submit them to the appropriate lending committee for approval.
• Communicate with clients to discuss loan terms, conditions, and progress.
• Manage and maintain client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in banking or financial services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Skills

• Strong understanding of banking regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience with loan underwriting software.
• Knowledge of various types of loans (e.g., residential mortgages, commercial loans).
