Village Capital and Investment LLC is a fast-growing mortgage lender headquartered in Henderson, Nevada. We are currently expanding our origination team and seek motivated, positive, and results-driven Mortgage Loan Originators to join our Hildale, UT office. Whether you are a seasoned pro or a newly licensed LO ready to grow, we offer the tools, leads, and support to help you close and close big.

We are hiring Loan Officers at a time when others are downsizing. Why? Because we are built differently, backed by a massive servicing portfolio, a high-converting lead generation model, and an operations team that keeps files moving and closings on track.

Key Responsibilities

• Take inbound and outbound calls (including live transfers) to discuss VA and FHA cash-out refinance
• Consult with borrowers on their financial goals and match them with loan solutions
• Transition qualified leads into applications confidently and efficiently
• Provide exceptional service from first contact through closing
• Handle objections and overcome them with a consultative approach
• Coincide with internal teams to manage final underwriting and closing conditions

Qualifications

• Active NMLS license (or ability to obtain - we will cover the cost)
• At least 1 year of inside sales, phone-based, or telemarketing experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Ability to pass criminal and credit background checks
