Mortgage Loan Originator

Responsibilities

• Present and communicate company loan products and services
• Aid clients in completing loan applications and all necessary paperwork
• Conduct thorough reviews of client financial information to ensure loan eligibility
• Follow up, follow up, follow up

Qualifications

• NMLS License required
• Knowledge of Conventional, FHA, and Non-QM loan products
• Experience with Hard Money loans is a plus
• DRE License is a plus
