About the role

Join our team as Residential Lending team in Manhattan as a Mortgage Loan Originator. We are looking for a Mortgage Loan Originator who is prepared to make a difference in the lives of consumers who want to buy a home.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to assess their needs and recommend lending solutions
• Help clients put together a complete loan application
• Work with our Operations team throughout the loan process

Requirements

• At least three years of direct sales experience
• A proven track record of generating at least $15 million annually in self-sourced residential loan volume
• Retail producer mentality with a strong reputation within the industry and among both existing and potential referral sources
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong communication abilities
• High level of professionalism

Pay

Anticipated base salary of $50,000 per year, with paid wages being a draw on earned commission.
