About the role

We’re looking for a motivated and licensed Consumer Direct Loan Officer to join our growing team. This is a hybrid role where you’ll work with ready-to-act inbound and outbound leads generated through the highest quality direct response media channels—no cold calling, just real opportunity.

Location: Westmont, IL (Hybrid)

Responsibilities

• Originate residential mortgage loans from high-quality consumer-direct leads
• Guide borrowers through personalized loan consultations and application processes
• Review and collect necessary documentation for loan processing
• Stay up to date with guidelines and available loan programs
• Work closely with in-house operations to deliver a smooth borrower experience
• Achieve and exceed monthly production goals

Requirements

• Active Mortgage Loan Originator license in at least one of the following states: IL, FL, IN, IA, MN, or WI
• Proven experience in consumer direct mortgage sales (refi and/or purchase)
• Strong knowledge of residential lending products and loan guidelines
• Excellent communication and client service skills
• A go-getter attitude with a team-first approach
• CRM and LOS experience is a plus
