What you bring
- Active NMLS license in New York (or ability to obtain promptly)
- Clean regulatory record 2+ years of front-end origination experience
- Luxury/investor market experience preferred
- Established referral relationships
- Strong consultative and communication skills with client-first focus
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage a high-volume, deadline-driven pipeline
- Tech-proficient and comfortable operating in a digital-first environment
Compensation
Competitive bps structure. This position is commission-based. Annualized earnings typically range from $50,000–$500,000+, depending on production volume and loan mix.
Employment details
Employment is at will and contingent upon maintaining active NMLS registration and compliance with the SAFE Act and all applicable federal and state lending regulations.
