About the role
Axos is seeking someone to originate high quality residential mortgages across the United States.
Responsibilities
- Analyze applicants' financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine preliminary home loan eligibility and recommends mortgage products that are within the customer's budget.
- Consult with customers about current and future needs to help them achieve their financial goals while providing the best possible customer service.
- Stay informed of available loan types and other financial services and products in order to better meet customers' needs.
- Identify and construct lending solutions based on unique homeownership goals.
- Manage leads actively and meet minimum conversion (lead to fund) requirements and build a network of real estate agent partner.
Qualifications
- HS Diploma
- Prefer 1+ year's of retail lending
- Flexible and adaptable, learn and react quickly at a faster than average pace
- Strong sense of urgency and initiative to get things done
- Sales oriented
Compensation
$17.75/HR + $800-2,000/month in commission depending on performance
