We have been retained by a $600 million community bank located in Indianapolis that is in the market for a new Residential Real Estate Loan Originator for Hendricks County.

Requirements

• Local individual with a good solid network with the local realtors
• Involvement in the community

Qualifications

• Experience in residential real estate lending
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build relationships with local realtors and community members

Skills

• Knowledge of FHA, VA and USDA loan programs
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
