Key Responsibilities

• Convert inbound leads into successful mortgage closings
• Provide expert guidance on available loan programs based on borrower needs
• Collaborate with in-house tax, real estate, and underwriting teams to streamline transactions
• Stay ahead of real estate and lending market trends, compliance, and underwriting guidelines
• Leverage CRM and AI tools to automate outreach, follow-ups, and file management
• Educate clients on wealth-building strategies through lending and property investment

Qualifications

• NMLS License (active or in progress)
• Experience in mortgage lending, financial services, or real estate preferred
• Tech-savvy with CRM, POS, and digital document systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and driven to exceed monthly performance goals

Compensation & Growth
